Mary Plain & Craig Smith, unexceptional in name alone. Ms. Plain absolutely knocked my socks off: "you're Mary Plain!?" She has style, class, and beauty: the triple threat. In a champagne coloured gown, chandelier earrings with a hint of art deco, and hair reminiscent of the roaring 20s, Mary Plain makes you question "what's in a name?" Craig Smith, also afflicted with a similar malady, wooed me with his exceptional taste in music. Craig had his band mates play Mary down the isle to "Marry Song" by Band of Horses, "If I Needed You" by Townes Van Zandt accompanied the signing of the register, and they made an exit to just a splash of Gillian Welch. Oh, Craig...I don't think camp Couchiching has seen that much romance since you proposed to Ms. Plain. Congrats to the Smiths, don't let the name fool you for one second.
