Bancroft Hospitality: Lindsay & Jeremy Tie the Knot

Lindsay & Jeremy, it is always an experience with these two. Two weeks before the wedding day I receive a message informing me that Lindsay's gown has gone up in flames in a small house fire – two weeks! Never fret, assisted by her bridesmaids, she found the exact dress in the same size in her hands with two days to spare... To be quite frank, Lindsay and Jeremy are special to Melissa and I – I can't quite explain it, we've spent a total of 10 hours with them now and there is some inexplicable bond? – so, when I rounded the corner at the ceremony location and the enormous vista that provided the backdrop hit my eye, I knew this one was going to be hard to get through – gosh guys I'm gonna need my eyes clear to shoot, you're killin' me here. Congratulations you two, and a big thank-you to Jason, Eric, and Tyler - groomsmen who carried our equipment, held lights, and stood atop woodpiles holding sheets to create shade: Got to love Bancroft Hospitality.

Some LIke It Hot: Chantel & Dave Are Married.

I, however, do not belong to the few that do. If there was ever a day to cross dress this was it - for those of you who don't know "Some Like It Hot" is a famous Marylyn Monroe movie about men dressed as women. After two hours of shooting in the sun I experienced a bout of the dizzies, some serious dehydration, and nausea. Chantel and Dave were our saving grace though: super laid back, they allotted us two full hours of time with them, and Dave was wearing a wool suit - this had a significant psychological effect on me: "at least i am not wearing that." Congrats Chantel and Dave thanks for being so cool.
