The Bridal Fair

What a whirl wind! On Sunday I participated in the Kingston Bridal Fair. Given that it was my first wedding show, I really didn't know what to expect. I had a wonderful time! It was so great chatting about weddings with so many excited brides! The thing that surprised me the most was how many people were looking for a photographer for 2009. Don't wait too long to book, as 2009 is quickly approaching!

My fabulous photographer friend, Naomi Claire, took this photo of me at my booth. Thanks Naomi!

This cool fisheye photo was taken by Garrett Elliott!

Michelle & Frank

Michelle & Frank were married in a beautiful historic church near Ottawa. Dinner and dancing followed at the lovely Strathmere Inn in North Gower. The Strathmere is an amazing wedding location!

Stacy & Peter

Stacy & Peter had very intimate wedding this fall at City Hall in Kingston. I had a lot of fun photographing this wedding, because we were able to shoot Peter & Stacy as they walked around Market Square looking at all of the fall vendors.

Yvette & Mitchell

Photographing Yvette & Mitch's wedding was an absolute pleasure. They did a fantastic job of planning every little detail of their day. Everything from the invitations, to the flowers, to their vows were carefully planned and beautiful. Such a wonderful couple!

Robin & Kris

You might remember Robin & Kris' engagement photos from back in June. They tied the knot this fall in a ceremony in Kingston. Their lovely reception was held at Mino's Restaurant- is the food ever good there!

Robin's beautiful dress was so princess-like.

One of the two twin flower girls. Isn't she hilarious?!

The happy couple!

Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season. I had a fantastic and relaxing Christmas and New Year! I am going to be getting caught up on a few blog posts in the next day or so. As well, I am gearing up for the Kingston Bridal Festival being held on January 20th at St. Lawrence College. If you are going to be there, please stop by my booth to say hello!
